What Our Clients Say

June 26, 2009

Growing our accounts and resources at the same time is a big challenge for us at POINTWEST. The difficulties become exponential as we cover multiple platforms and technologies. We have to be creative in our talent sourcing strategies to ensure that we have the right resources with the right skills at the right time.

One of our strategies involves development of sourcing partners who are aware of our strict requirements and committed to making the relationship work.

SYSGEN is one of our partners who have been with us since our early years. As in any relationship, there have been highs and lows. The good thing with Sysgen is that they have been very responsive and easy to deal with. We have good working relationship at all levels in their organization.
